POSITION SUMMARY:

The Intake Coordinator will facilitate the coordination of referrals and serve as primary receptionist to agency.  The purpose of this position is to ensure Child Haven’s Intake function including the receiving, organizing, and directing of referral and admission services is in accordance with current standards and regulations so that the highest degree of quality care can be maintained at all times.  This position provides administrative services to the clinical manager and provides first point of contact to clients through phones and reception area. 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Minimum Bachelors of Art or Science in Social Work, Psychology, Child Development or related field or related work experience with children and families.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The clinical manager functions as an integral member of Child Haven’s team with both clinical and management responsibilities in the areas of mental health and developmental services for children. S/He ensures the successful clinical operations of Child Haven including quality therapeutic care, program management and staff supervision.  S/He supervises both licensed and non-licensed personnel and ensures that all federal and state licensing statures are met.  S/He is designated as acting administrator in the absence of the executive director.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

· Minimum Master’s degree and Licensed in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field 

· Minimum 3 years experience supervising staff clinicians/interns 

· Minimum 2 years experience overseeing grant-funded treatment programs including production of outcome data and reports

· Minimum 5 years experience providing child abuse treatment for young children who have experienced trauma and/or neglect and their families

· Experience providing mental health and developmental assessments to children 0-5
